Fall Fun at Della School of Coding & Design
Autumn is here, and we’re so excited to celebrate the season with our students, families, and community! At Della School of Coding & Design, fall is filled with creativity, laughter, and plenty of festive fun. Check out our upcoming events and mark your calendars—you won’t want to miss them!

Fall Festival – October 16th
Our annual Fall Festival is one of the highlights of the season. Families are invited to join us on the playground for an evening of activities, games, and entertainment.
Festival Highlights:
- Movie on the Playground – Hotel Transylvania will be shown outdoors. Bring chairs or blankets to enjoy the film under the stars.
- Food and Treats – Hot dogs, cotton candy, popcorn, caramel apples, and bake sale items will be available for purchase.
- Halloween Costume Contest – Students are encouraged to dress up and participate. Trophies will be awarded to the winners.
- Trunk or Treat – Families can visit creatively decorated trunks for candy and fun. Ribbons will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place decorated trunks.
- Games and Competitions – Limbo, bean bag toss, sack races, three-legged races, egg-and-spoon races, and more.
- Creative Activities – Pumpkin decorating, face painting, and sidewalk chalk art will be available.
This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the season together as a school community, and we look forward to seeing you there.

Fall Break – October 20th to 24th
School will be closed October 20–24 for Fall Break. We hope all students and families enjoy a safe and restful break.
Halloween Spirit Week – October 27th to 31st
To keep the fall fun going, students are invited to participate in Halloween Spirit Week. Each day will feature a different dress-up theme:
- Monday, October 27 – Dress as your favorite candy
- Tuesday, October 28 – Pajama Day
- Wednesday, October 29 – Dress as your favorite Halloween character
- Thursday, October 30 – Mismatch Day (dress wild and silly)
- Friday, October 31 – Wear your Halloween costume
Costume Guidelines:
- Masks, fake blood, and weapons are not permitted.
- Makeup is allowed.
- Costumes must be school-appropriate and are subject to administrative approval.
